He has held a General Engineering Contractors License for over 20 years, is a graduate of Montana State University with a degree in Construction Engineering, and developed an award-winning career managing large scale heavy civil construction projects. Tom is a life-long builder, engineer, and contractor. He has held a General Engineering Contractors License for over 20 years, is a graduate of Montana State University with a degree in Construction Engineering, and developed an award-winning career managing large scale heavy civil construction projects. In addition, he has built two custom homes and a working hay and cattle ranch. Now he concentrates on what he really enjoys: hands on home repair and improvement projects.

Marty
Marty grew up on the family ranch north of Mt. Shasta and shares his dad's love of building. Because he grew up on a ranch he was constantly fixing or building something. He excelled in shop classes, worked with the Conservation Corps on backcountry construction projects, and is an avid car and truck mechanic.
